Arrest in Taiwan Corruption Probe

On October 31, police in Taiwan arrested Chiou I-Jen for alleged corruption. He is suspected of converting about $5oo,ooo from diplomatic funds in year 2004. Chiou I-Jen stepped down in May, he was detained Friday facing formal charges but hasn't confessed the allegation.

Chiou I-Jen should be arrested he's also an accomplice with former president of Taiwan, helping him with his foreign affairs of money laundrying. One just can't believe that when one's been accused of something with solid evidence, they can still persuade other people to believe that they're innocent.
